Adult Archery Beginner’s Courses

Unfortunately it has not been found possible to run an Adult Archery Beginners Course in September/October 2011.The next Beginners course will be held in the Spring of 2012.

Anyone who has recently expressed an interest in our courses, will be notified of the proposed 2012 dates. New enquirers should contact Arthur Timmins as shown below.

Course details:

• Our courses contain 12 hours of skilled instruction spread over 3 days, with 4 hours training in each of the 3 individual course days. All training equipment is provided; just bring yourself wearing sensible outdoor shoes, or boots, and close fitting clothes, (if you need advice on this just ask). The minimum age for entering the course is 18 years.
• The cost of our courses is a very affordable £40.
• At the end of the course, a proficient beginner can apply to join the Club as a full member.

Discounts:

• Our present adult yearly Club membership fee is £97.25.
• Any beginner joining the Club, after completing the Beginners Course, will have their £40 Beginners Course fee discounted from their yearly Club membership fees; £20 in the first full year and £20 in the second full year.
• Consequently, attending the Beginners Course will have cost them nothing.
